1. How long will it take to see results?
Results vary depending on each skin type, but most clients notice visible changes between 2 and 4 weeks with consistent use.
The most intense results are seen after completing the first month.
2. Are the products safe for dark skin?
Yes. Our entire line is formulated to work on all skin tones, including brown and dark skin, always respecting the protective barrier.
3. From what age can the products be used?
Our products are recommended for ages 16 and up.
4. Can I use the products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend consulting your doctor before using any cosmetic product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
5. Can I combine several products at once?
Yes. For best results, we recommend using the complete packs (Brightening or Glow), which combine external + internal products (like the tea).
6. How often should I exfoliate?
1 to 2 times a week.
(We do not recommend exfoliating the intimate area).
7. What is the difference between the Brightening Pack and the Glow Pack?

On our website, you will find the section “According to your objective”, where you can choose if you want to brighten, illuminate, soften, or lose weight.

10. What if my order hasn't arrived?
If you have already received your tracking number, you can check it on the shipping company's page.

11. How does shipping work?
Orders are shipped between 24 and 72 hours, depending on sales volume.
You will receive an email with your purchase confirmation and later another with your tracking number.
